Kollywood beauties are in a race the biggest pay cheque. Now the  girl Nayantara has pipped emerging star Ileana to the post. Nayan demanded, and was given Rs 1.2 crore for a Tamil film to be directed by Lingusamy, it is reported. This is highest payment for an actress in South India.

Earlier, Ileana was paid Rs 1 crore for a film.It was 'Billa', in which she appeared in a two-piece suit, that raised Nayan's star value. Then came the role opposite Rajnikanth in 'Kuselan'.
